Wine offer

Besides a wide and rich variety of explicit wines, Slovene and foreign, we also offer two sorts of high quality house wines.

 

Salon Silver

Cuvée Silver is made of indigenous sorts (Rebula, Sauvignonasse and Chardonnay), which together enhance the richness of this territory. Cuvée Silver is a young quality wine, full in taste, has a smoothness to it which is topped by a fine freshness. It has the smell of apples, pears and citrus fruits. When tasting it you get a nice and warm taste and when swallowing it leaves a long and silky aftertaste. The wine contains 12,5% of alcohol. It is a top quality white wine. Wine cellar Goriška brda z.o.o. is the cellar that fills the year 2008 for our restaurant.

Price for a bottle is 12€. We also have a special offer – take away Salon – in which case the bottle costs 8€.

 

 

 

 

Salon Gold

Gentleness of the sort Merlot, spiced taste of the sort Cabernet Franc and the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, united in the Cuvée Gold, uncover the harmony and balance, with which they reveal the variety of the territory from where they origin. Cuvée Gold is a top quality  wine, with a pleasant and rich taste and has the color of a dark red berry. Its smell contains the smell of blackberries, berries and plums. The wine gives a smooth and warm taste. The wine contains 13% of alcohol. It is a top quality dry red wine. Goriška brda z.o.o. is the wine cellar that fills the year 2007 for our restaurant.
